are a wholly owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Zhongcheng Packing Material Co., Ltd., a publicly held company headquartered in
Jiashan, Zhejiang Province, China (located one hour southwest of Shanghai). Since our founding in 1996,
we have grown to become one of the world’s largest manufacturers of high clarity, thin gauged, polyolefin shrink packaging
film. We currently have over 60 million pounds of annual production capacity. In June
2013, we opened our newest production facility incorporating the most advanced extrusion and orientation lines in the industry.
Our new lines are outfitted with upgraded primary slitter/rewinders and high speed centerfolders enabling us to deliver
even better value and service to customers worldwide.
